Day 1 - Istanbul, Turkey
Straddling the Golden Horn between Europe and Asia, this venerable city blends ageless antiquity with dazzling modernity. Istanbul is a dramatic place to begin or end your cruise and perhaps to extend your travels with an optional hotel stay or land extension to Cappadocia.

Day 2 - Cruising the Black Sea

Day 3 - Yalta, Ukraine
Once the favored summer resort of Russian nobles, the Crimean Coast is a fabulous place to explore. Opt for a tour of gracious gardens and palaces, including Alupka and Livadia, and visit White Hall where Roosevelt, Stalin and Churchill met in 1945.

Day 4 - Sevastopol, Ukraine
The Crimean stronghold of Sevastopol resonates with maritime history in its Museum of the Black Sea Fleet. Visit the city's 19th century cathedral modeled on the Temple of Thesus in Athens. Or take an excursion to the ancient Greek city-state of Khersonessus.

Day 5 - Odessa, Ukraine
This lovely 18th century city founded by Catherine the Great boasts a fascinating array of attractions. Enjoy a unique opportunity to meet a Ukranian family in their home. Attend a performance in the beautiful philharmonic hall. Or visit Uspensky Cathedral, Schevchenko Park and the famous Potemkin Steps.

Day 7 - Nesebur, Bulgaria
Very few travelers would know what to expect from a Bulgarian seaport. In fact, the medieval town at Nesebur is so beautifully preserved UNESCO has named it a World Heritage Site, counting it among the world's rarest treasures.

Day 8 - Istanbul, Turkey

Day 9 - Cruising the Dardanelles
Transit this narrow strait connecting the Mediterranean and the Sea of Marmara west of Istanbul.

Day 10 - Santorini, Greek Isles
Your ship anchors in deep blue water in the curve of a collapsed volcano's cone. Ascend to the frost-white town of Thira for an optional winery tour, and then visit Oia for a glimpse of the island's seafaring past. Or choose an archeological excursion to the ancient Minoan town of Akrotiri.

Day 11 - Navplion (Mycenae), Greece
From the lovely port of Navplion, take advantage of tours to Mycenae, one of antiquity's most powerful city-states. Here Agamemnon once ruled a city with massive walls, majestic gates and marvelous gold-filled tombs. The site, even partially restored, inspires awe.

Day 12 - Transiting the Cornith Canal
Your Seabourn Yacht slides between steep rock walls, with mere feet to spare, to save sailing around the Peloponnese.

Day 13 - Itea (Delphi), Greece
Opt for a scenic drive from Itea to Delphi, one of the ancient wonders of Greece. Witness the Sacred Way and the famed shrine where the the myths say the oracle foretold the future. An amazing Bronze Charioteer is among the treasures in the Delphi museum.

Day 14 - Cofu, Greek Isles
Homer, Shakespeare and D. H. Lawrence all praised this Ionian isle, famed for its 13th century monastery and magnificent beach at Paleokastritsa. Tour the 19th century palace of Achilleion, a dramatic contrast to the earlier Venetian ruins dotting the island.

Day 15 - Korcula, Croatian Isle
Blanketed with green forests and surrounded by aquamarine seas, Korcula is renowned for harboring beautiful Venetian palaces and churches within its medieval walls. In the twisting, narrow streets you will find the house where locals claim Marco Polo was actually born.
