Sea Dream Yacht Club operates two small ships in the Caribbean, South America, and the Mediterranean. This year they will also sail in Asia. Their tag line is "It's yachting, not cruising!". Their ships sail with 112 guests and 95 crew and want guests to feel as if they are sailing on their own private Yacht.
While the ships are small, they do have a casino, spa, and lounge for entertainment and dancing. They offer movies around the pool under the stars and a fully equipped water sports deck.
The atmosphere is casual luxury and everything is included with the exception of shore excursions which are priced separately. Food and service are of the highest quality.
Destinations - Sea Dream Yacht Club, with the addition of voyages in Asia, is practically covering the world. As with many small ships, their emphasis is to go where the others can't - the smaller ports that offer a different view of a country and it's culture. They offer some especially interesting itineraries that explore the Amazon Basin. All of their shore excursions are very interesting maybe none more interesting than on their Amazon excursions. Many excursions border on soft adventure - a hike in an Amazon jungle or visiting a native village.
Accommodations - Standard cabins are 195 sq ft and suites are 300 to 450 sq ft. All are well appointed with very comfortable bathrooms.
Cost - generally the suites range from about $2800 to $3400 per person per night and standard cabins $1100 to $1700 pp pn.
Sample itineraries - the following are a few itineraries from the areas where Seadream sails.
